DBP has recently completed the first  phase of two sister plants for Navasota Energy Partners,  Colorado Bend Energy Center and Quail Run Energy Center, which are located in Wharton and Odessa Texas.  In addition to providing the Project and contract management during the construction of the sites, DBP accomplished all of the preliminary concept and design work required for the projects including permitting, basic design criteria, Plant design data, construction plan, and contract formats and requirements.

We acted as a liaison with the financial sponsors as well as local, state and federal agencies. DBP was also critical in assisting in the initial funding proposal for both sites. Due to our success, DBP has been engaged in the implementation of Phase II of both sites.
